  • Based on your University email address, do the following:
    • If you are a staff, ensure that you have an active UMMAIL account and use your UMMAIL username and password to login.
    • If you are a student, ensure that you have an active SISWAMAIL account and use your siswamailID@perdana.um.edu.my as username and siswamail password to login.
  • If you have any issue related to login, do visit UMSITS FAQ.

Registration Confirmation & Use of Spectrum - Semester 1, 2020/2021 Academic Session

Please take note of the important announcement below:

  • Registration Confirmation has been closed.
  • SPECTRUM will temporarily block view of modules starting from 28th October until confirmation is done.
  • Add/Drop modules in MAYA portal will reflect to the SPECTRUM within 24 hours.
Academic Transcript & Scroll for 2019/2020 Graduates

Due to the current health situation, all Academic Transcript & Scroll will be sent to you via courier service.To ensure the documents are safely delivered, kindly update your current address in your MAYA portal (Home-student profile—current address). Graduation documents will only be posted once all outstanding fees (including library fees) has been settled. Graduands are also required to fill in the Tracer Study.
